Exchange or Refund policy
Della is committed to making sure that you are happy with your purchase. If your order is incorrect or has a defect, we are happy to exchange or refund it within 72 hours of the time you first received it. We will gladly accept exchanges if the product(s) is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
If you need to issue a refund, the shipping fees will be double the usual amount per the company’s policy.
DELLA reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges of products that are damaged, destroyed, or soiled; or not returned in their original packaging (with all tags attached); or returned after the return period offered by our Return Policy.
